Our 60g bag contains approximately the equivalent of half a kilogram of raw pears. Product does not contains any added sugars, preservatives nor undergoes other processing other than low temperature dehydration.
Our Pear slices are a balanced sweet and tart flavour, a juicy texture, and a characteristic pear aroma. Specific Romanian varieties such as 'Isadora' exhibit high sugar content, while others like the rare "Sorbo" or black-fleshed pear develop a unique, sweet, liqueur-like flavour with a caramel aftertaste when fully ripeFully natural ingredients and our drying process allows us to maintain all nutritional qualities which makes it a yummy immunity booster.
